ADVANTAGE OF THE CIREX CASTING PROCESS
Huge cost-savings are achieved by designing the product as ‘Near Net Shape’. This allows you to avoid unnecessary processing steps. The components are cast in 17-4 PH (Duplex) material. This steel alloy is particularly suited to casting thin-walled products. Low weight combined with high strength and good corrosion-resistance. CIREX delivers this casting including heat treatment (solution heat-treated).
