The first ceramic trees have been made

With considerable pride and satisfaction, we are pleased to announce that the first ceramic trial trees have been shaped and dried.
At the end of March 2016, the first phase of our new production facility was finished: „the structural skeleton“. Starting in 2017, this nearly 1500 m² hall will be the place where the ceramic forms are built and dried. After the structural work, we started with the installation of an innovative air treatment and extraction system. We selected this system for its durable nature and low energy consumption.

At the moment, we are busy programming the self-driving forklifts, also called AGVs. These forklifts deliver and remove the ceramic trees from the robots to the drying rooms (drying racks). The first tests were successful and so we can now announce that the first ceramic trees are a reality!

By fully automating our production process, the turnaround time for the ceramic process has been shortened and flexibility has been increased. Due to this expansion, our customers can also be sure that there will be sufficient capacity in the coming years for their cast pieces to be produced. CIREX is ready for the future!
